Cancellations & Refunds

We understand life happens so should you find a need to cancel your booking, please call us immediately for assistance. For this reason we highly recommend purchasing a trip insurance policy that contains a hurricane and/or trip interruption rider. We do not allow or provide direct refunds for any deposits on bookings but can assist you in filing travel insurance claims (you must have purchased a trip policy from a private insurance provider). If the stated reason for the claim is not covered by your policy, we will try to re-book the property for the same dates and rate of your original booking stay and refund on behalf of the homeowner, your rental deposit(s), less a 10% cancellation fee.
